Members Rules
- Relevance and Value: Your products or services must align with the network’s purpose and add value to our members. We encourage diversity, but relevance matters. If your offerings don’t fit, consider other specialized networks.
- Transparency: Provide accurate information about your business, including contact details, website, and relevant credentials. Transparency builds trust and fosters meaningful connections.
- Engagement: Actively participate! Engage in discussions, share insights, and collaborate with fellow members. Networking is a two-way street; contribute to the community.
- Quality Assurance: We value quality over quantity. Showcase your best work and emphasize what sets you apart. Regularly update your profile and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Professional Conduct: Treat others with respect. No spamming, aggressive sales pitches, or inappropriate behavior. Maintain professionalism—it reflects on your brand.
- Feedback Loop: We appreciate feedback. If you encounter issues or have suggestions, share them constructively. Together, we can improve the network experience.
- Strict Adherence to Time
- Maximum 2 Absents Allowed - Substitutes Compulsory in case of absents (Staff not allowed)
- 20 Guests Per Month invited – Each Member must invite at least 2
- Term 6 Months. Renewal every 6 months.
- Only 1 business category per member to avoid competition
- If any members activity is found to be suspicious, they will be truncated from membership and will not be admitted back
- There will be no credit business among members and if the members still want to enter into credit transactions, then there is no responsibility of the company for the same
- GBN will conduct and facilitate the meeting and atmosphere between the members. Payment terms at the sole discretion of the members ONLY. Checking the authenticity of the business and the payment terms will be the responsibility of the member only
- More than 2 absents will get the member automatically removed from the tranche. Will have to re admit following all procedures and payment terms, subject to availability of category
- Business first within the Tranche, then within the city Tranches, then within the country Tranches
- Every month 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday meetings
- Any of the rules can be changed by the management at any time for the mutual benefit of all members
- Any dispute, if arises, will be at the sole and final discretion of the management of GBN ONLY
